Senior Localization Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Localization Project Manager will own end‑to‑end delivery for assigned accounts, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while acting as the primary client contact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global internal and external teams, managing both direct and indirect reports.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, estimates, proposals, and client documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, allocate resources, and oversee QA, defect management, and quality performance.
• Maintain financial accuracy, margin management, and prepare regular status, budget, and issue reports.
• Partner with production teams to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
• Proven track record in localization project management for large enterprise clients.
• Experience working internationally with global product development teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.
