Senior Legal Analyst – Contract Management

About the role

Onapsis is seeking a proactive Senior Legal Analyst to join its Legal Operations team. You will support the preparation, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards and mitigating legal risk.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate global supplier agreements, NDAs, SOWs, software order forms, master license and services agreements for both on‑premise and SaaS solutions.
• Coordinate redlines and negotiation strategies with legal and business stakeholders, explaining risks and implications.
• Conduct gap analyses, assess contract language, and defend standard legal terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Finance, Product, and Infosec to align legal matters with business objectives.
• Maintain and optimize the contract database within the CLM tool, ensuring accurate storage and retrieval.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of contract templates and legal checklists.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with experience in legal operations or contract management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate legal risks to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Required skills

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
