Senior iOS Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior iOS Software Engineer to lead the internationalization and localization of our FDA‑regulated mobile applications. You will design and implement scalable, modular solutions using modern Apple frameworks while ensuring compliance with medical‑device software standards.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and verify internationalization and localization features for global markets.
• Build modular, testable UI using SwiftUI, Combine, and The Composable Architecture (TCA).
• Ensure UI and workflows meet accessibility, usability, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, and Product teams to support FDA, IEC 62304, and internal design assurance SOPs.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce quality‑driven best practices.
• Define and execute a localization test strategy, including automated testing across multiple languages.
• Identify risks, performance issues, and usability concerns to maintain patient safety and product reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience with shipped apps at scale.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and influence architectural decisions.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
