Senior Identity Hygiene Analyst

About the role

PwC’s Global Identity Hygiene team is looking for a Senior Identity Hygiene Analyst to execute day‑to‑day identity governance activities across the firm’s global network. You will support access certification campaigns, identity lifecycle reviews, and remediation initiatives that reduce cyber risk and meet compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support and administer quarterly access certification and attestation campaigns for global applications.
• Analyze identity and access data to spot anomalies, dormant accounts, and ownership gaps.
• Onboard applications and groups into the organization’s Identity Governance platform.
• Track remediation activities and ensure timely completion of governance deliverables.
• Maintain documentation, evidence repositories, and assist audit and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with territory CISOs, application owners, and IT operations to resolve identity governance issues.
• Develop and improve operational processes through automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Produce reporting and insights to support governance, compliance, and risk‑management objectives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance Administration, Cybersecurity, or related IT Operations.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise Identity Governance platforms, preferably SailPoint (IIQ or ISC).
• Experience supporting access reviews, certifications, and attestation processes.
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong analytical skills with large‑dataset reporting and Excel‑based analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
