Senior FP&A Analyst – Revenue Finance & Commercial Excellence

About the role

The Revenue Finance Commercial Excellence Analyst will support revenue performance reporting, migration and renewal planning, business analytics, and executive decision‑making. The role partners with Revenue Finance, Sales, Commercial, Product and leadership teams to turn commercial and financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly renewal and migration performance reports, including MRR, target attainment and trend analysis.
• Analyse business results, prepare commentary on performance drivers, risks and opportunities, and produce executive‑ready materials for revenue and segment reviews.
• Manage ad‑hoc analytical requests, translate complex data into concise insights and recommendations for commercial and financial decisions.
• Use contract‑level data, Salesforce opportunity data and executive dashboards to validate definitions, reconcile outputs and resolve data‑quality issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
• Experience in Revenue Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance or similar analytical function.
• Strong financial modelling, quantitative analysis and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to create executive‑ready commentary and presentations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce data.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• SQL querying skills.
