Senior Financial Modeling Interviewer & Reviewer (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

Bul​lp​in Talent is hiring two part‑time finance professionals to review financial‑modeling take‑home exercises and conduct final‑round technical interviews for a fast‑growing AI software company. The role is fully remote, covering LATAM and Europe, and focuses on evaluating candidate work rather than building models.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial modeling take‑home exercises submitted by candidates.
• Conduct final‑round technical interviews with finance candidates across LATAM and Europe.
• Evaluate modeling logic, Excel structure, assumptions and analytical reasoning.
• Identify correct, incomplete or wrong sections of candidate models and provide clear feedback.
• Support hiring operations, candidate evaluation and process improvement as needed.

Required profile

• Strong background in corporate finance, investment banking or private equity, or in debt, credit or quantitative finance.
• Experience reviewing, building or evaluating Excel‑based financial models.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to explain technical feedback clearly.
