Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst Manufacturing will provide strategic financial leadership for a global manufacturing plant, partnering with plant management and cross‑functional teams to drive performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting and annual standard costing for the manufacturing site.
• Provide financial analysis, cost accounting and decision support to plant leadership.
• Partner with supply‑chain teams to identify savings and evaluate ROI on capital projects.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure SOX compliance and manage G/L, accruals, inventory and payroll processes.
• Drive process improvements using digital tools such as Power BI and develop standard work across the network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3‑5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and change‑management abilities.
• Experience working with multiple ERP systems and leading cross‑functional projects.
