Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team of a multinational company operating in Argentina. The professional will turn financial data into actionable recommendations that support business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial and management reports for leaders and stakeholders.
• Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze variances between actual results, budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, costs, expenses and profitability.
• Identify deviations, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Administration and other functions.
• Contribute to the automation and optimisation of reports and processes.
• Ensure consistency and quality of financial information.

Required profile

• Graduate or advanced student in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• At least four years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, FP&A or corporate finance.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Analytical, organised and detail‑oriented with strong communication skills.
