Senior Finance Accountant – US GAAP (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Accountant to own the month‑end close and financial reporting for US‑based SaaS and Fintech clients. This remote position works directly with US Controllers, CFOs, and finance leaders, providing high‑ownership accounting support in fast‑growing environments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full month‑end close under US GAAP, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity for subscription‑based client structures.
• Support deferred revenue tracking and subscription billing reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for US stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP policies and internal accounting controls.
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and organized financial records.
• Collaborate directly with US Controllers, CFOs, and finance leadership.
• Drive accounting process improvements and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of accounting experience with a solid US GAAP foundation.
• Background in SaaS, Fintech, or tech‑enabled industries is a strong plus.
• Proven ownership of close processes and reconciliation workflows.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to work in US time‑zone overlap.
