About the role
The client is a fast‑growing US‑based home services company seeking a senior executive assistant located in Argentina. The role focuses on streamlining operations, handling billing workflows, and providing high‑level administrative support to the founder.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on past‑due invoices, manage aging accounts receivable and collect missing client documentation.
- Provide phone coverage, handle customer service inquiries, and assist with dispatch coordination for field technicians.
- Coordinate website updates between the business owner and the developer, and perform daily administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Flawless, near‑native English speaking ability, comfortable communicating with American clients.
- Assertive, professional communication style, especially for outbound collections calls.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Strong English fluency (C1 level).
- Tech‑savvy: quick learner of multiple software platforms, scheduling tools and CRM systems.
