Senior Ecommerce Operations Manager - Supply Chain & Planning

About the role

KittySpout is looking for a hands‑on Senior Ecommerce Operations Manager to own and continuously improve the operational engine behind its fast‑scaling DTC brand. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work across inventory, forecasting, purchasing, production, freight, 3PL execution and marketplace inventory to ensure seamless growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end inventory and demand‑planning workflows, including forecasting and replenishment.
• Coordinate supply‑chain logistics: supplier relationships, production schedules, international freight and inbound logistics.
• Oversee 3PL partners and ensure accurate execution of orders across Shopify, Amazon and Chewy.
• Track purchase orders, production status and resolve cross‑functional issues that could impact fulfillment.
• Maintain and improve operational reporting and dashboards.
• Identify unreliable or manual processes, design solutions and implement best‑practice playbooks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, supply‑chain or logistics within a DTC environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑channel inventory and demand‑planning processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, hands‑on team without rigid hierarchies.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
