Senior Document Specialist (French)

About the role

Join EY Global Delivery Services as a Senior Document Specialist with French language expertise. You will support the Administrative and Workplace Services team by creating, editing, and managing high‑quality documents that enable EY to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate financial statements, reports, and creative presentations while meeting tight deadlines.
• Project‑manage work requests, including scope definition, cost estimates, and schedule adjustments.
• Review and refine document templates for branding, formatting, and revision control.
• Integrate and enhance layouts for text and graphics, applying advanced styling, master pages, kerning, and leading.
• Lead training sessions on firm‑standard software and mentor junior Document Specialists.
• Perform mail‑merge functions, manage electronic filing, and prepare files for print and digital output.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in text, graphic, and printing workflows.
• Provide overtime support during peak periods as needed.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Strong team orientation with excellent judgment on confidential matters.
• Proven ability to meet multiple or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to improve processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Advanced document‑formatting skills, including styles, templates, master pages, kerning, and leading.
• Experience with mail‑merge and document‑management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot graphic and printing issues.
