Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

About the role

The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with sites, internal teams, and external partners to drive successful study outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Support the creation and implementation of subject recruitment plans.
• Establish regular communication channels and deliver protocol and study training to assigned sites.
• Assess site practices for quality and integrity, escalating issues when necessary.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment metrics, case report form (CRF) completion, and resolve data queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑care or scientific discipline (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of on‑site monitoring experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• In‑depth knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
• Proficiency with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
