Senior Case Manager

About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to support personal injury attorneys. The role involves managing a high-volume caseload, communicating with clients, insurers, and providers, and ensuring timely case progression.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new clients within 24 hours, present settlement offers within 48 hours, and maintain bi‑weekly communication.
• Handle insurance follow‑ups, settlement negotiations, and mediation scheduling under attorney supervision.
• Maintain accurate case notes, documents, and financial records in Litify.
• Review and audit settlement offers, surgical case reviews, and draft or dismiss lawsuits as needed.
• Obtain provider estimates, health‑insurance liens, and manage provider balances before case closure.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Prior case‑management or personal‑injury experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Litify case‑management software.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
