Senior Associate – Quality ISMS

About the role

The Senior Associate – Quality ISMS will support PwC Advisory delivery teams in strengthening quality, process adherence, and risk discipline across projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers and quality teams to implement controls, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on guidance on PwC’s Advisory Quality Framework, delivery expectations, and review checkpoints.
• Support teams with process adoption, documentation discipline, risk management practices, and readiness for process reviews.
• Implement quality controls at key delivery milestones to ensure compliance with methods, standards, and client commitments.
• Identify execution gaps, facilitate root‑cause analysis, and enable corrective or preventive actions.
• Track and mitigate delivery risks, support risk reporting, and facilitate project health evaluations.
• Conduct compliance checks, monitor non‑conformities, and ensure closure of identified issues.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate routine checks, and enhance governance.
• Support metric definition, KPI tracking, and analysis of trends using statistical techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality, delivery governance, or related advisory functions.
• Familiarity with industry best practices such as CMMI Level 3 and ISO standards.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
