Senior Associate – New Partners Review

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Senior Associate focused on New Partners Review. You will help maintain regulatory compliance and manage risk for a diverse client portfolio, working closely with global Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitor adherence to ethical standards.
• Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to strengthen internal controls and mitigate risks.
• Analyse data and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.
• Build and maintain meaningful client connections, anticipating team and client needs.
• Lead compliance program implementation and perform compliance reviews.
• Design onboarding processes and deliver compliance training sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of integrity and ethical business conduct.
• Apply creativity to generate new ideas and solve problems in a changing environment.
• Ensure responsible information management, including information security and data protection.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compliance or regulatory risk management, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to break down complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior colleagues.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and making decisions in uncertain situations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
