Senior Associate Identity & Access Management – Cybersecurity

About the role

PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires is looking for a Senior Associate to lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives within its Cybersecurity practice. You will design, implement and oversee secure access solutions for employees and clients, ensuring sensitive data remains protected.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM strategies to safeguard sensitive information.
• Manage user identities and access controls across systems and cloud platforms.
• Utilize Azure Active Directory and other cloud‑based IAM tools to strengthen security.
• Develop and maintain authorization management systems to meet compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify vulnerabilities and propose proactive solutions.
• Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for security improvements.
• Mentor junior team members on cybersecurity best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to anticipate security needs.
