About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Senior Associate within the Compliance Resource Center. You will help clients meet regulatory requirements, manage risk, and foster a culture of integrity across multiple service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitor adherence to ethical standards.
• Navigate complex regulatory landscapes to strengthen internal controls and mitigate risks.
• Build meaningful client connections and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for clients.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the firm’s code of conduct.
• Design and deliver compliance training programs.
• Collaborate with teams to execute compliance oversight and review processes.
• Participate in investigative decision‑making to address compliance issues.
