Senior Associate, Accounting

About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a Senior Associate in Accounting to join its Buenos Aires team. The role combines system development, financial reporting, compliance and analytical support to ensure accurate worldwide financial data and drive business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain accounting systems including journal entries, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and revenue reconciliation.
• Prepare profit and loss, cash flow, income and balance‑sheet statements and ensure GAAP compliance for SEC and local filings.
• Plan, conduct and document internal and external audits, risk analyses and control deficiency management.
• Apply regulatory knowledge to maintain compliance with internal policies, governmental regulations and security controls.
• Utilize financial data for planning, forecasting, quantitative analysis, financial modeling and strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct data collection, statistical analysis, data visualization, predictive modeling and dashboard reporting to support business improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting, especially revenue and cost recognition.
• Strong understanding of financial‑statement categories.
• Intermediate English proficiency for interaction with international teams.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Buenos Aires at least twice a week.
