Senior Admissions Counselor

About the role

Crimson Education is seeking a Senior Admissions Counselor to guide high‑school students through the university application process. You will work remotely or from one of our global offices, managing a caseload of 40‑50 students and collaborating with tutors, mentors, and consultants to create personalized admission roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with each student to develop long‑term academic, extracurricular, and personal development plans.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of tutors, mentors, and consultants to execute the student’s roadmap.
• Maintain high service quality and achieve strong student outcomes across application cycles.
• Track and report on Strategy KPIs, ensuring consistent high performance.
• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and adapt strategies to meet individual student needs.

Required profile

• Graduate of a top‑30 U.S. university.
• 3+ years experience in education, coaching, tutoring, or admission consulting.
• At least 2 years of undergraduate admissions or essay consulting experience.
• Proven track record of securing top‑30 university admissions for students.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle VIP/high‑profile families.
• Availability to support students in APAC and US/CA regions, including occasional weekend hours.
