Senior Accounting & Billing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Senior Accounting & Billing Analyst to join our finance team. The company specializes in hardware sales for datacenters and AI, requiring precise accounting and billing across the USA and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily journal entries, revenue, expenses and other financial transactions accurately.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Issue and control invoices for clients in the USA and LATAM, ensuring compliance with local tax rules.
• Validate billing data, including client details, amounts, taxes and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized accounting records for audits and legal compliance.
• Report findings, discrepancies or inconsistencies to the Accounting Director.
• Collaborate on month‑end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Support special projects such as internal audits, cost analysis and process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 2–3 years in international billing.
• Proven experience with export or globally‑operating companies, preferably in technology or hardware.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum intermediate).
• Strong analytical, time‑management and confidentiality skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting systems such as SAP or Odoo.
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Knowledge of IFRS or relevant local accounting standards.
• Understanding of international invoicing processes and tax regulations for the USA and LATAM.
