Senior Accountant – Full Cycle Finance

About the role

The Senior Accountant provides organized, detail‑oriented professional services for full‑cycle accounting support within the Finance division of a growing financial company. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports month‑end close, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Post general‑ledger entries, manage fixed assets, depreciation, cost‑center allocations, prepaid expenses, and accrued liabilities.
• Perform bank and balance‑sheet reconciliations and transactional reviews.
• Process corporate accounts‑receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment applications.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly GL, AR, and cash reports.
• Assist in the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements.
• Support budgeting, loan covenant compliance, variance analysis, and audit preparation.
• Maintain the integrity of the chart of accounts and sub‑account list.
• Correspond with banks and agencies to resolve issues and respond to inquiries.

Required profile

• B2+ level of English.
• A degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of accounting experience at both transactional and analytical levels.
• Experience with multi‑company/divisional financials and job costing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with external and internal auditing and compliance preferred.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and ethical standards.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Word and email.
• Experience with Sage Intacct (plus).
• Experience with Prism HRP (plus).
