Senior Account Executive

About the role

Fever is looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to lead the growth of its Fever for Business unit across Latin America. You will own a strategic book of enterprise and corporate clients, helping them harness Fever’s technology and data to create memorable live‑entertainment experiences for employees, customers and audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with strategic and enterprise prospects and clients in the LATAM region.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Generate pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals using MEDDIC‑style methodologies.
• Drive new‑logo acquisition and execute land‑and‑expand strategies with top‑tier accounts.
• Collaborate with product, operations and Fever Originals teams to ensure seamless delivery of B2B experiences.
• Shape and refine the local go‑to‑market strategy, providing market insights and feedback.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the entertainment, media or technology sectors.
• Experience selling to corporate, institutional or large enterprise clients in LATAM.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
