Semi-Senior Product Designer – Remote (Stallions Program)

About the role

The Stallions Program is an accelerated talent track that places semi‑senior designers directly into agile product squads. You will own mobile‑first user flows, contribute to a growing design system, and work closely with product managers and engineers to ship high‑impact features.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end visual and interaction design from problem framing and wireframes to high‑fidelity Figma prototypes and QA delivery.
• Design responsive, accessible, high‑converting mobile experiences and contribute to the component library and design system.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers early to validate technical feasibility and ensure smooth hand‑off.
• Use user research, usability testing, and analytics (A/B tests, feedback) to inform design decisions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience shipping consumer‑ or member‑facing digital products as a Product, UX/UI, or Interaction Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX (wireframes, user flows) and UI (visual hierarchy, interactive prototypes).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for articulating design rationale.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, including auto‑layout, component variants, and interactive prototyping.
• Understanding of front‑end constraints (HTML/CSS, component‑based frameworks) for seamless developer hand‑off.
• Experience working with or contributing to a design system or component library.
