Security Manager – Supply Chain & Operations

About the role

PMI is driving a smoke‑free future and needs a Security Manager to lead physical and distribution security across its South Cluster supply chain and operations. You will act as the subject‑matter expert, shaping strategy and ensuring the safety of people, assets, and products throughout the logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of the security strategy across transportation, warehousing, and manufacturing.
• Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation plans for logistics providers.
• Oversee the local security team and manage external security vendors.
• Ensure compliance with PMI standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through audits, process optimisation, and best‑practice sharing.
• Lead modernisation projects such as Command & Control Center (CCC) capabilities.
• Manage incidents, investigations, and emergency‑response plans.
• Monitor KPIs, produce data‑driven reports, and support decision‑making.
• Promote a strong security culture via training and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
• 8–10 years of corporate security experience, preferably in supply‑chain or logistics.
• Deep expertise in distribution security, risk assessment, and incident management.
• Knowledge of standards such as TAPA, C‑TPAT, ISO 28000, ISO 31000.
• Experience with manufacturing environments, logistics operations, and third‑party management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPP) are a plus.
