SAP Consultant – Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled SAP Consultant specialized in Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) to configure and customize SAP S/4HANA DRC for electronic invoicing solutions that meet country‑specific statutory requirements. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver compliant, well‑documented solutions that support accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA DRC to deliver end‑to‑end electronic invoicing for a specific country/region.
• Maintain country‑specific DRC settings, including compliance reporting framework, company code assignments, and business function activation.
• Set up eDocument types, mappings, output determination, and message control.
• Maintain XML schemas, format mappings, and communication arrangements with SAP Cloud Integration for tax authority connections.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture financial requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document configurations, conduct UAT, and ensure minimal defects within project timelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software development or SAP consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Parallel Accounting and ledger‑based approaches.
• Expertise in DRC functionality, e‑invoicing, and local reporting configuration.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Nice‑to‑have: background in GAAP accounting and familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform.
