Salesforce Developer

About the role

Allegro is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 3‑5 years of experience to design, build, and maintain custom solutions on our Salesforce platform. The role is hands‑on, focusing on Apex and Lightning Web Components, and will be based in Argentina on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom functionality using Apex (triggers, classes, batch, queueable) and Lightning Web Components, including legacy Visualforce where needed.
• Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries, ensure performance at large data volumes, and adhere to governor limits.
• Develop unit tests with strong code coverage and follow Salesforce best practices.
• Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions for new features and enhancements.
• Work within a Git‑based deployment pipeline using CI/CD tools such as Gearset, and follow formal change‑control processes.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Translate requirements from administrators and business stakeholders into robust technical solutions.
• Document technical designs, integrations, and configurations.
• Manage the Salesforce support queue in Jira, handle user provisioning, data cleanup, and day‑to‑day troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Based in Argentina and able to work a hybrid schedule from the local office.
