Sales Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to manage and grow our relationships with major supermarket chains. The role involves overseeing store‑level execution, ensuring brand presence, and driving commercial results in a fast‑paced, fun environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial relationships with assigned supermarket chains.
• Indirectly supervise shelf‑stocking teams, ensuring tasks, standards and objectives are met.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor commercial execution, identify opportunities and guarantee proper brand visibility.
• Support and follow up on the performance of replenishment teams, promoting continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with commercial and execution KPIs for the assigned chains.
• Collect market and competitor information to propose improvements and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate actions with clients and internal teams to implement commercial initiatives.
• Analyze management indicators and create action plans to optimize results.

Required profile

• Graduate or advanced student in Administration, Marketing, Commercialization or related fields.
• 1‑3 years of experience in commercial sales, point‑of‑sale supervision or fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Experience managing client relationships and tracking commercial indicators.
• Own transportation (mandatory).

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
