Sales Supervisor

About the role

As a Sales Supervisor at Tesla you will lead the sales floor team, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience while driving the store’s performance. You will be responsible for coaching advisors, managing daily operations and collaborating across departments to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and collective sales targets.
• Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor daily deliveries, generate reporting metrics and review performance with the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with Operations, Service and other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Represent Tesla professionally in internal and external communications and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Recruit, train and develop management staff while enforcing Tesla policies and procedures.
• Control store expenses, maintain showroom standards and ensure facility upkeep aligns with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Self‑starting entrepreneur with strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Dedicated, ethical approach to sales and operations.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
