About the role

Spines is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to engage U.S. authors and promote its AI‑driven publishing platform. You will act as the primary point of contact, showcasing Spines' services and helping writers bring their stories to market.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage prospective U.S. authors through calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Present Spines' solutions, highlighting benefits and success stories.
  • Handle inquiries and provide detailed information to ensure a stellar customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve closing rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably with international clients.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset.
  • Passion for the publishing industry and understanding of author needs is a plus.
