Sales Manager – Construction Machinery

About the role

SANY, a global leader in construction machinery, is expanding its operations in Argentina and seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of concrete and road machinery lines. You will act as the bridge between local dealers and the SANY China factory, ensuring alignment of production, sales, and inventory plans.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production, sales, and inventory plans with dealers and the SANY China factory to meet sales targets.
• Support dealers in building capability for concrete and road machinery products.
• Deliver product training, respond to daily product inquiries, and prepare quotes for dealers and customers.
• Identify market needs, influence product definition, and work with R&D to launch new products locally.
• Collaborate with R&D and service teams to resolve quality issues and handle customer complaints.
• Develop major client relationships independently.
• Recruit and develop new dealers in designated regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Spanish fluency for daily work and English for business communication.
• 10+ years of experience in road machinery marketing, including dealer management and major client development.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, strong execution, and able to work under pressure.
• Prior experience with an international construction machinery company is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of concrete machinery (pump trucks, line pumps, concrete mixer trucks, batching plants) and road machinery (rollers, motor graders, pavers, milling machines, asphalt batching plants).
