Sales Development Representative – SaaS/IoT

About the role

Keycafe is seeking a Spanish‑speaking Sales Development Representative to turn inbound interest into qualified sales meetings. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for prospects across Europe, helping to drive revenue for the company’s SaaS/IoT key‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email.
• Qualify prospects, assess business fit, and identify decision‑makers.
• Present Keycafe’s SmartBox and cloud solution clearly in both Spanish and English.
• Craft persuasive follow‑up communications and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Strong phone presence and confidence handling inbound inquiries.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
