Sales Development Representative – Latin America

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be on the frontlines of Payoneer’s expansion across Latin America, helping businesses of all sizes solve financial and operational challenges through our global payment and financial services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify ideal customer profiles across industries and geographies in Latin America.
• Launch and optimise multi‑channel outbound campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, email, video) based on intent signals and buyer personas.
• Tailor messaging for cross‑border payments, workforce management, FX, capital solutions and other Payoneer products.
• Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, handle objections and book qualified meetings for Business Development Managers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to align campaigns, ensure seamless lead handoff and share market feedback.
