Sales Coordinator – Student Recruitment

About the role

Join EF Language Abroad as a Sales Coordinator in Buenos Aires, helping prospective students discover life‑changing language experiences abroad. You will manage your own sales pipeline, build genuine relationships, and guide candidates through the enrollment process without cold‑calling scripts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline from first contact to signed enrollment.
• Conduct consultations and virtual meetings, guiding prospective students with confidence and empathy.
• Host information meetings and present program offerings to potential students.
• Develop and execute nurturing strategies via email and social media to keep prospects engaged.
• Represent EF at fairs and events, support marketing campaigns, and assist with operational tasks such as airport duty, rebooking, payment follow‑ups, document collection, and visa processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or related fields.
• Up to 1 year of full‑time professional experience (internships, summer jobs accepted).
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
• Strong motivation to meet sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent people skills, adaptability, and willingness to work occasional weekends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management and KPI tracking.
• Experience using social media platforms for prospect nurturing.
