Ruby on Rails Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Kubikware™ is seeking a seasoned Ruby on Rails Engineer to join its fully remote team serving clients across the United States. The role is focused on building and enhancing web applications for a variety of products, with a preference for candidates located in Latin America, especially Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails web applications.
• Implement new features and improve existing platform functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Continuously acquire knowledge of the existing codebase and architecture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience developing web applications.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Ruby on Rails development.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Self‑sufficient, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
