Researcher GCRS – Talent Sourcing

About the role

As a Researcher GCRS you will be the “needle in the haystack,” identifying and engaging top pharmaceutical sales talent. You will build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring the right people are matched with the next phase of their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Data‑mine across ATS and recruitment tools to locate candidates for priority positions.
• Pre‑qualify or re‑qualify candidates and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Generate leads and referrals throughout the qualification process.
• Conduct candidate reference checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience with formal training in sourcing and recruitment support.
• Dependability in challenging circumstances and a sense of urgency for results.

Required skills

• Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to write basic web/database queries and Boolean search strings.
