Remote Staff Accountant for US Companies

About the role

MAVI is looking for a Staff Accountant to join US finance teams while working remotely from Argentina. You will handle month‑end close, journal entries, and reconciliations under US GAAP, gaining exposure to real US financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Run month‑end close in accordance with US GAAP
• Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Maintain accuracy of the general ledger
• Support financial reporting for US‑based teams
• Communicate directly with US stakeholders in English

Required profile

• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong background in general ledger and reconciliations
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
• Conversational to professional English proficiency
