Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Cold Calling US Business Owners

About the role

Join a fast‑growing performance‑marketing agency as a Remote Sales Development Representative. You will focus on high‑volume outbound phone outreach to US business owners and marketing decision‑makers, creating qualified sales opportunities for our agency’s advertising services.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100–150 outbound cold calls per day, primarily to US business owners and marketing decision‑makers.
• Identify and qualify prospects based on revenue, margins, current advertising activity, and business needs.
• Book qualified prospects onto strategy calls with the sales team.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving toward a meeting.
• Follow proven scripts while adapting naturally to each prospect.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity logs in the CRM.
• Track and report performance metrics and participate in coaching sessions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of outbound cold‑calling experience, preferably selling into the US or Canadian market.
• Experience making 100+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Confidence speaking with US business owners and decision‑makers.
• Understanding of US business culture and communication style.
• Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce.
