Remote Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will drive the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring we attract and secure top talent that aligns with our growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other job boards.
• Review resumes and match them against job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate with department managers to define staffing needs and craft job descriptions.
• Create and manage job advertisements to attract qualified applicants.
• Maintain accurate candidate records for tracking and follow‑up.
• Extend offers, negotiate terms and support onboarding for a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong ability to assess candidates against role requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with relationship‑building capabilities.
