Remote Recruiter – Part‑time/Full‑time (20‑40 hrs)

About the role

My Hero VA is looking for a proactive Remote Recruiter to source, interview, and deliver high‑quality virtual assistant candidates for our clients. The position can start as part‑time (20 hrs/week) with the possibility to move to full‑time, offering flexible EDT working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified remote‑worker candidates across global locations.
• Conduct first‑round interviews, record notes, and hand them over to the hiring manager.
• Track all candidate activity accurately in Breezy HR.
• Create and run LinkedIn paid job ads or learn to do so.
• Write job ads using client briefs and AI tools.
• Source candidates manually via LinkedIn DMs, groups, and personal network.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2 level, C2 preferred).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet KPIs.
• Strong communication habits – fast responses, no missed messages or meetings.
• Problem‑solver who takes initiative and supports the team.

Required skills

• LinkedIn recruiting – paid job ads and manual sourcing.
• Experience with Breezy HR for applicant tracking.
• Proficiency in Notion for documentation and workflow management.
