Remote Recruiter & HR Generalist (US Company)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Chicago‑based property management leader as a remote Recruiter and HR Generalist. You will own the full recruitment cycle for both US‑based and Latin‑America remote positions, while supporting onboarding, off‑boarding and employer branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end recruiting for Chicago and remote Latin America roles, from job posting to new‑hire day.
• Maintain accurate data in ApplicantPro ATS and ensure no candidate falls into limbo.
• Market open positions, conduct outreach, screen candidates, schedule interviews and provide hiring managers with decision‑ready information.
• Compare Predictive Index behavioral targets with candidate results and write scorecard notes.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding tasks, including background checks and exit interviews.
• Grow the employer brand on Glassdoor and Indeed.
• Report on screening volume, time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, retention and turnover, and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (4 + years preferred).
• Fluent English and native‑level Spanish.
• Hands‑on experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
• Working knowledge of US federal, state and local labor law or strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with Predictive Index or a comparable behavioral assessment.
• Own computer equipment and reliable internet connection.
