Remote Project Manager – Software & Technology

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time remote Project Manager with at least five years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in software and technology environments. The role serves as the central “control tower” for multiple product transition, migration, and implementation projects, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Implementation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate up to 15 concurrent projects, maintaining roadmaps, timelines, and dependency tracking.
• Drive cross‑functional programs involving Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, Operations, Training, and Implementation.
• Oversee legacy product retirement and customer transition activities, including legal and operational readiness.
• Partner with IT and Engineering to align systems and technical requirements.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions, manage risks, and provide executive‑level status updates.
• Support implementation and rollout planning to ensure successful adoption of new products.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Product Operations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Experience working with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
