Remote Project Manager

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for global clients, including large enterprises and innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress across multiple technology initiatives.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay within agreed parameters.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to align expectations and report status.
• Identify growth opportunities and support technology implementation efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience with Agile practices.
