Remote Project Manager – Estimating & Claims Support

About the role

EDGE Virtual Assistants is looking for a Remote Project Manager to own day‑to‑day project operations for U.S. roofing, restoration, construction, and insurance‑claims clients. After a two‑week training period, you will focus on estimating and claims‑support tasks while working fully remotely from anywhere in LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update job estimates, scopes, and budget breakdowns.
• Review documents, photos, and job data to support insurance claims and supplements.
• Track job costs, create simple financial summaries, and maintain internal trackers.
• Manage multiple active jobs, ensuring timelines, tasks, and deliverables stay on track.
• Identify inconsistencies, risks, or missing information early and flag them.
• Improve checklists, trackers, and processes by addressing gaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of remote experience in project coordination, project management, client success, or a similar admin/ops role.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, process‑driven, and able to manage several tasks or projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data.
• Proactive problem‑solver who works independently and communicates clearly with U.S.‑based clients.
