Remote Packaging Designer – Branding & CPG Focus

About the role

We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer to join a fast‑growing creative agency that serves CPG brands in food, beverage, wellness and lifestyle categories. The role is fully remote and focuses on turning brand strategy into compelling, shelf‑ready packaging systems that also perform well online.

Key responsibilities

• Design complete packaging systems, label layouts, dielines and print‑ready files for multiple product lines.
• Translate brand positioning and consumer insights into visual concepts that stand out on‑shelf and in e‑commerce.
• Collaborate with printers, vendors and internal teams to ensure production accuracy and quality.
• Maintain visual consistency across product families and broader brand ecosystems.
• Adapt packaging designs for supporting brand collateral and digital touchpoints when required.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while upholding high creative standards.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate ideation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and branding work for CPG brands.
• Experience with food, beverage, wellness, beauty or lifestyle products.
• Deep understanding of brand positioning, visual identity systems and consumer‑facing design.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
