Remote Contract Recruiter

About the role

License & Scale is seeking a remote, contract Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its growing client base. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft inclusive job descriptions, and execute sourcing strategies that attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify position needs and create job postings.
• Source candidates through online tools, professional networks, and job boards.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide timely feedback.
• Support offer negotiation, onboarding, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor hiring metrics, refine recruitment processes, and uphold inclusive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a contract, agency, or in‑house setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple requisitions remotely.
• Commitment to fair, unbiased, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
