About the role

Angel City VA is seeking experienced remote professionals to support independent clinical research sites, sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations across the full clinical trial lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Provide patient education, informed‑consent support, and retention touchpoints throughout the study.
Schedule and coordinate participant visits, send reminders, and manage transportation logistics.
Enter and maintain data in CTMS, EDC, and other research systems, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
Maintain e‑regulatory binders, track licenses, certifications, and assist with submissions to sponsors, CROs, IRBs/ECs.

Required profile

2‑3 years of experience in medical or biopharmaceutical clinical research.
Current GCP and HIPAA training.
Ability to provide three professional references and undergo background checks.

Required skills

Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge.
HIPAA compliance training.
Experience with CTMS, EDC, and EHR/EMR systems.
Data entry and source documentation management.
