Remote Accountant (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time remote Accountant to join our compassionate ABA team. You will keep our financial records accurate, handle client and insurance invoicing, and work closely with our US‑based CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Issue and track invoices to clients, families, and insurance companies.
• Process insurance billing, verify coverage and authorizations, and reconcile EOBs.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, manage collections, and resolve billing disputes.
• Support payroll reporting and expense classification.
• Maintain organized digital accounting files and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with the US team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in accounting, billing, or a similar role.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of US taxation is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.
