Remote Accountant – Full-time, Global Role

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join a tech‑forward financial services firm that supports scaling businesses. This full‑time, remote position handles end‑to‑end accounting operations for multiple clients, emphasizing precision, continuous learning, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll across multiple clients and manage state tax compliance.
• Handle client invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and review variances.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in QuickBooks.
• Assist with financial data analysis, reporting, and ad‑hoc client requests.
• Manage client relationships through CRM and ensure responsive communication.
• Support implementation of digital security measures and process automation.
• Collaborate with senior accounting staff during month‑end and year‑end close.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a US‑based or US‑serving firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (debits/credits, accruals, reconciliations).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop).
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent English communication.
• Commitment to a long‑term, full‑time remote role.
