Relationship Banker - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance experts. You will use your knowledge of macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI Assistant models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on finance‑related topics.
• Check the logic and accuracy of model outputs using your education and work experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not required.
